2. Public and On-Site Courses:

Three (3) day intense courses in management systems make-over for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health & Safety to ISO criteria requirements.

These courses are core training in management system implementation & are a prerequisite to Internal & Lead Auditor training.

Option: 3 day courses are offered via webinars for individuals or companies with 2 hours sessions, providing interaction & discussion.

Billing Policy

Payment for public & on-line training is due upon registration. Payments can be made through Pay Pall for the following credit cards (VISA or MasterCard). Course feeswill be charged the GST charge of 5%.

Shipping and Refund Policy

International buyers must pay using PayPal.
Shipping internationally is calculated on a per order basis.
Buyer is responsible for all customs, taxes, handling and surcharges.
Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final.
If the item is returned, the sender is responsible for shipping and any other costs associated with returning the product taxes/duty/handling.

Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund, you must cancel your course registration at least 30 calendar days prior to the start date of the course. If you cancel between 30 and 14 calendar days before the course, you will receive a 50% refund of the course fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations requested less than 14 calendar days of the course start date. Should you wish to make arrangements to transfer to another course, you may contact us up to 14 calendar days prior to the course and make arrangements to transfer to another course. Please be advised that no transfer requests will be allowed less than 14 calendar days of the course start date due to scheduling requirements and staffing. 
 

Should the course be cancelled the customer has the option of a full refund or alternate course date.

Discounts will be provided for groups of five or more on site.
